Catherine Louise Sagal, better called Katey Sagal, is an American performer, actress and singer who was first noticed for her portrayal of the wife and mother in the show 'Peg Bundy' the comedy show 'Married .... with Kids'. She's a skilled and versatile performer for both comedy and drama roles as is evident through her numerous appearances. She received an award called the Golden Globe award in her part as Gemma Teller Morrow, matriarch of the Hell's Angels California bike gang in the show of Kurt Sutter's FX drama series "Sons of Anarchy". She also voices the character of "Leela" in the animated show "Futurama" as well as in some other series. The art of songwriting and singing has been her first passion.
